The venue is hired as it currently presents, if you would like to style it we can remove our tables and chairs and it can be a blank canvas, allowing you to style it to your vision.
*Please note that a 24-hour booking is required if you wish to have the venue undressed and styled.

Full Venue Hire
Includes exclusive private access to both the scenic riverside garden and the restaurant timber deck area. The venue features a coach-accessible car park, male and female restroom facilities, and access to power and water.
We offer tables and chairs to accommodate up to 80 guests, along with the use of all existing furnishings in both the restaurant and garden areas. High Falls staff will arrange the tables and chairs according to your pre-arranged seating plan, ensuring the space is clean, tidy, and ready for your special day.
Please note that while we handle the basic setup, all additional wedding décor and styling are managed by you. Access to the venue is available on the day of the event unless the 24-hour reservation option is selected, providing extra time for setup and restyling.

Licenced Bar Packages
To comply with Queensland government liquor licensing regulations, BYO alcohol is not permitted on our premises. However, our experienced High Falls team will staff and operate the bar for your event, ensuring seamless service for you and your guests.
We offer a variety of bar and drink options to suit your preferences and budget, including:
Cash Bar (Pay as You Go): Guests purchase their own drinks.
Bar Tab (Open Bar): The host covers all drinks, either with a set amount or unlimited for a designated time.
Partial Open Bar: The host covers select drinks (such as beer and wine), while guests pay for premium options.
Drink Tickets: The host provides a set number of drink tickets for each guest, who may purchase additional drinks afterward.
Our team will work closely with you to tailor the perfect drink package for your celebration. Specific drink selections and bar arrangements can be finalized upon confirmation of your event.
